In compliance to laws of the Azerbaijan Republic the going abroad citizens are obliged to sign the insurance contracts which are an integral part of these rules and under the terms of the signed insurance contracts guarantees the organization, financing and quality of the medical services defined according to the program of medical insurance during stay outside the country.
Existence of the policy of assurance of medical expenses is an indispensable condition for departure registration almost to any country of the world, whether it be a business trip, tourist, for education or treatment (the citizens of Azerbaijan, persons without citizenship who are living in the territory of the country, constantly living in Azerbaijan foreign citizens).
The insured sums is defined the following options:
- And plan; - In the plan; S-plan.
Obligations assumed under contracts of obligatory insurance guarantees the organization and payment of medical care at any time, in any country of the world, at a sudden disease or accident during a foreign trip or a trip within the country.
Insured event is:
- the address insured in medical institution during action of force of the insurance contract at getting injured, bruises, death
- treatment and urgent transportation home.
